I was lost, I felt I had no purpose and all I wanted was to be less. The day I stepped foot in the gym and picked up the first dumbbell, opened a horizon I had never experienced. I wanted to be more, take up more space, build my body and my mind. I grew to love who I was, I grew to love my body, love nourishing myself and my life. I found my purpose, what I was meant to do in this world and how I was to do it.
I don't believe fitness is restricting yourself.. Fitness isn't a one way fits all, it's a journey allowing you to better yourself however you desire. It's about finding what works for you, what makes you feel empowered and what allows you to have a healthy relationship with yourself, your life and food. I am on a journey to allow all women in this world to feel empowered, to view themselves the way every person should, and to educate everyone on how to find balance in food. To stop fearing carbs, fearing sugar but rather viewing food as energy and not whether it is unhealthy or healthy.
I SPECIALIZE IN HELPING THE BUSY BABE MAKE WORKING OUT AND NOURISHING THEIR BODY AN AUTOMATED PART OF THEIR LIFE. EDUCATING THEM ON HOW TO WORKOUT EFFECTIVELY THROUGH WEIGHTS AND EATING MORE, ALLOWING THEM FLEXIBILITY AND THE ABILITY TO DO IT ON THEIR OWN ONE DAY.
I want to open the world to feeling empowered and not ashamed to be who they are. To believe nothing is impossible and that building your body and building strength is something that can change your life forever.
