Before I started working with Meg I was honestly very lost and I had gotten into the habit of telling myself “oh I’ll just go to the gym tomorrow” or “I’ll just try to eat healthier tomorrow” but it was a constant cycle of that. Meg has helped me realize so many things about how to take care of my body, not just physically but mentally as well, and she is always there to hold me accountable and to motivate me. "Since starting FF&FF Program the things that have changed are:

  • the dedication and motivation i have, like if i’m not feeling like going to the gym i remember that all i really have to do is go for an hour and try my best, like it’s such a small effort to see amazing results

  • the results, i never would of thought i would look and feel this great, i have tried so many times to go to the gym and start my fitness journey but i never had the write tools and education to do it right

  • confidence, walking into the gym and going to whatever machine, free weights, etc. and just starting used to terrify me, i thought people would judge me and correct me in front of everyone else, but going on week 8 that has yet to happen, and i’ve even received compliments from other people about my effort and confidence"

MIK’S 90 DAY TRANSFORMATION

“My 3 biggest takeaways from this Program:
1. Accountability- Meg taught me how to keep myself accountable with my workouts and my eating habits. I had a tendency to feel guilty if I skipped the gym and she always helped me move forward, next week is a new week.
2. Challenging but doable workouts! Meg provided me with a specific workout plan for the specific results I was looking for, toning my arms and back while also adding muscle all over. Her tailored workouts were exhausting but not mentally tiring. I was able to comfortably make my way around the gym day after day. I enjoyed the new exercises and circuits!
3. Real food! Two weeks into the challenge I had lost 5lbs and I was eating over 2,000 calories daily!! It's insane what eating the right food and working out daily will do. My body feels fueled not heavy. I'm no longer bloated and getting the usual stomach aches after meals. Meg helped teach me about macros and how easy they are to track. I would plan my meals the night before and then adjust for any changes I made during the day. It was simple and so straight forward. Meg gave meal tips and advice while also helping me with pre and post workout meals. I have never felt better coming in or out of the gym. I can tell my body is at peak performance because of the food I am eating!
Overall, this program has been as much mental as it has been physical. Meg has pushed me out of my comfort zone with workouts and with meals. My body has never looked better and more importantly I have never felt better inside! I feel healthy, inside and out.
This process has been easy from beginning to end and I know it will be easy to continue with what I have learned.”

“I am the type of person who overthinks things, that happened when I discovered Meg's program through social media. Honestly, I was not sure what to expect or what to do, but I tried to ignore my insecurities and reached to her and I don't regret it. Even after talking to Meg, all my insecurities where still there; I knew this was one of the best decisions that I have made in my life. Since the beginning she was so open to understand my struggles, and helped me to find solutions. Meg's program is designed based on your style of life, and it is what she did for me. I love the program, I am getting more confidence with my nutrition. I struggled a lot with feeling guilty after eating, now that is not a problem, some days are better that others, but Meg is always there to support me and I am super thankful for that. I love my workouts they are not complicated and do not required fancy equipment, I can do it at the gym but also at home and

that is also something super helpful to me with my busy life. She keeps me motivated and the results of all the hard work are visible not just physically but also mentally.
